Faithful and Wise Servant

*Matthew 24
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

We must be faithful and wise servants, who give the meat of the word in due season (when it is needed, to whom needs it, addressing the issues of our day with the Word of God and preaching it to others).
We cannot pretend like God is not returning and abuse our brothers and sisters with false doctrine, false teaching and false prophecy, instead of giving them the meat (God’s word) that God provided for us to distribute to them (everyone has a word from God to share within their sphere of influence). Don’t be found eating and drinking with the drunken (fellowshipping with the world) instead of watching and waiting for our Lords return.

Use all that you have to preach the word of God using God’s tactics. This will make you a wise servant. Faithfully distribute the word of God to those around you, this will make you a wise servant. Do not be found eating and drinking with the drunken (living like the world, fellowshipping with the world, partaking in sin with the world, or trying to reach the lost with ungodly tactics).
